BrightPay for Windows

For the 2026/27 tax year and beyond, only the new cloud version of BrightPay is available. BrightPay for Windows will be discontinued after 5th April 2026.

System Requirements

  • Windows 11 or Windows 10
  • .NET Framework 4.8
  • 1 Ghz Processor
  • 512 MB RAM (1+ GB recommended)

Most PCs have the .NET Framework version 4.8 already installed. For those which don't, the BrightPay setup program will automatically attempt to download and install it. To install BrightPay on a PC with no internet connection, you may need to download and install the .NET Framework manually.
