Business Challenge

For any growing accounting practice managing time and costs is fundamental to success. Both of these factors were key when we were searching for a solution to help us with our payroll processing. Processing the payroll for our growing number of clients is now something we don't dread. We didn't need to go on any training courses to be able to use BrightPay. BrightPay has everything we need in one package. There are useful prompts that pop up if we do something wrong or are missing something important. The auto enrolment functionality and automation help us save time and employee resources. It certainly makes the entire auto enrolment process (AE) seamless. We particularly like the direct API links between BrightPay and the pension providers. So far we have processed a couple of clients through their AE duties with ease.

For our practice, BrightPay allows us to process our payroll clients quicker and easier. It also helps us foster good relationship with our clients. Our clients like the fact that we can issue them with printed payslips, P60's, CIS payment and deduction statements. The ability to process CIS within BrightPay is extremely useful. BrightPay does really save you money. It is quick and the payroll processing is simplified. Everything we need for payroll and CIS is literally at our fingertips. We recommend BrightPay to anyone and everyone. It's simply the best.

We very rarely need to contact the customer support as BrightPay is so intuitive. Several years ago we did need help with an end of year submission. The support staff are excellent and resolved our issue simply and quickly at no cost. BrightPay is first class.
