Payroll was becoming a tedious process with our previous software, and after a catalogue of technical errors and sub-standard support over many years, we stumbled upon BrightPay. We were naturally apprehensive at potentially facing yet more issues by moving, and for a payroll bureau this is a major task, but any trepidation soon diminished once we proceeded to use the trial version and study the easy-to-understand tutorials.

 

BrightPay - The Solution

BrightPay is a really impressive product, and you can clearly see the developers have placed a lot of emphasis on the software being user-friendly, and it delivers with every aspect. More recently we started processing Auto Enrolment for our clients, and the module is seamless. Time is valuable, and we no longer spend vast amounts of it waiting for technical issues to be rectified, so allows us to concentrate on our core business. I’m actually stunned that it isn’t the industry standard; perhaps it soon will be.

We are looking forward to the release of BrightPay's new employee self-service portal with confidence, and a continuous working relationship with them.

 

BrightPay Customer Support

BrightPay is definitely a company dedicated to its customer base, and also perfecting their output, which I think is a key point – they concentrate on maintaining top class payroll software and great customer support at a competitive price, rather than churning out a vast array of products which does ultimately compromise quality, and I believe we see this with many other providers unfortunately. Too often quantity seems to take precedence over customer satisfaction, but with BrightPay this just isn’t the case by any means – an absolute gem of a company.
