HMRC have advised that they are having intermittent issues and delays with RTI submissions and responses. Work is urgently being carried out to fix the issue.

Deleting an EPS

 
If an EPS has not been sent to HMRC and you wish to delete it, select 'RTI' on the menu bar:

 

1) Select the EPS submission from the listing on the left:




 

2) Click 'Delete' on the menu bar:


 

 

3) Click 'Yes' to confirm that you wish to delete the submission:
