As BrightPay evolves, we know there's some confusion between BrightPay Connect and BrightPay Cloud. While both are payroll tools, they are two separate products with different functions and structures.
Important: Connect and Cloud Are Separate Systems
Moving to BrightPay Cloud means making a complete switch from BrightPay Desktop and BrightPay Connect. These platforms may seem similar, but they are built on entirely different systems and do not integrate with each other.
Why This Matters:
We recommend treating BrightPay Cloud as a new platform. You can migrate your payroll data from Desktop, and we’re here to help with that transition.
