With over 30 years’ industry experience, BrightPay are committed to providing easy-to-use, accessible and cutting edge software solutions, supported by excellent customer service to SMEs across the UK and Ireland. Today, we create and support five innovative payroll & HR software solutions; BrightPay, BrightPay for Mac, BrightPay Connect, Bright Contracts and Thesaurus Payroll Manager.

Having started out with just two staff members we’ve grown considerably. Currently we have over 80 staff in the BrightPay family servicing over 330,000 employers (and counting) across the UK and Ireland. We are a passionate team who strive on the excitement and challenge of continuous growth, improvement and development. Our plans for the future are big!

Paul Byrne FCA MMII ACIPP

Paul qualified as a chartered accountant back in the 80s. His hobby had always been coding and he was lucky to develop this in to a business in the early 90s with the launch of Thesaurus Payroll Manager. His mix of financial and IT skills together with the help of hugely talented individuals have brought Thesaurus Software to where it is now, a major provider of payroll software for both Ireland and the UK.

Ross Webster MEng

Ross is a highly competent software architect, programmer, graphic designer and user experience specialist. With a passion for innovation, Ross excels at creating software applications that solve real-world problems, simplify the complex, and delight customers.
